Architect

The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and
overseeing the construction of diverse architectural projects, from residential
buildings to large commercial structures. Your role will involve collaborating
closely with clients, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure
that designs meet project specifications, budget constraints and timelines.

This position involves working within
the Architecture Team at Axium Global’s Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The
team consists of skilled professionals, including architects, 3D visualisers
and structural engineers with varied experience. The Architect will be
responsible for the overall architectural and interior design deliverables,
working directly with leading architectural design consulting firms from the
UK, USA, Australia and the UAE on flagship projects

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create
  innovative and sustainable architectural designs that meet client requirements
  and local regulations.
  
• Utilize
  software tools like AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp software to prepare detailed
  architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections and
  construction details
  
• Understand,
  communicate and manage expectations of our international clients
  
• Work
  with international architects and designers, comprehending their design
  requirements and translating their vision into accurate BIM/CAD/GFC
  documentation
  
• Comprehend
  various architectural and interior design elements and its various detailing
  requirements
  
• Oversee
  all phases of a project, from initial concept through to completion.
  
• Coordinate
  with engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of
  designs
  
• Work
  within a team and deliver architectural and interior design documentation
  projects within time, budget and quality that is desired
  
• Ensure
  that the output meets the codes/standards/design functionalities &
  objectives of clients
  

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• B.Arch
  or diploma in architecture or interior design with relevant experience
  
• 0
  - 2 years as an architect working in an architectural Revit/AutoCAD/BIM
  environment
  
• Excellent
  communication, teamwork, and project management skills
  

Compensation:

The selected candidate
