Architect

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing building projects from the initial design phase through to construction completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that all designs are functional, sustainable, compliant with building regulations, and delivered within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, project requirements, objectives, and budget.
  

• Design & Development: Create conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  

• Feasibility & Planning: Conduct feasibility studies and prepare planning applications to ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  

• Documentation: Prepare detailed specifications, construction documents, and contract paperwork for contractors and tradespeople.
  

• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross -functional teams, including structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
  

• Project Oversight: Monitor construction progress through regular site visits to ensure adherence to architectural plans and quality standards; resolve technical or design issues as they arise.
  

• Cost Management: Assist in project cost estimation and monitor resources to keep the project on budget.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in architecture or a related field.
  

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry -standard design tools such as AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and safety standards in the local context.
  

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and lead team discussions.
  

• Problem -Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance creative vision with practical construction constraints.
  

• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
