Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in real estate development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings, ensuring they meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements. The role demands expertise in zoning laws, building codes, and regulations while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural plans and designs that align with project requirements and client specifications.
  

• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
  

• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory standards.
  

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process.
  

• Utilize architectural software (AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, etc.) for project design and development.
  

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.
  

• Oversee material selection, cost estimation, and construction documentation.
  

• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices in designs.
  

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion within budget constraints.
  

• Address design challenges and provide solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, specifically in real estate projects.
  

• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  

• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
  

• Experience in managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
  

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect (if applicable).
  

• Experience with sustainable and green building designs.
  

• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling).
