Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 4–7 years of experience to design and deliver innovative architectural solutions. In this role, you will work on diverse commercial and residential projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create functional, sustainable, and high-quality designs.

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed design drawings.
  


• Prepare schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documentation.
  


• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and project teams for seamless project execution.
  


• Prepare architectural presentations, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  


• Ensure designs comply with client requirements, local building codes, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
  


• Conduct design reviews, quality checks, and site coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  


• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into project deliverables.
  


• Explore innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions.
  


• Support project planning, material selection, and design optimization.
  


• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, materials, and best practices.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  


• 4–7 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
