Role Description

The Architect at Rustic Designs will collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and develop residential interior architectural designs that align with project requirements, budget, and timelines.

This full-time, on-site role in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru involves preparing design proposals, drawings, and 3D visualizations; coordinating with contractors and vendors; and ensuring design integrity during execution.

The Architect will conduct site visits, perform measurements, and oversee implementation to maintain quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.

Daily responsibilities also include managing project documentation, participating in design reviews, and working closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of turnkey interior solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of Work experience along with strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential interior projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project timelines and resources.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and familiarity with Building codes and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional experience in interior or residential design.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
