Architect

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Architect to join our Interior Design Company. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, space planning, technical drawings, and coordinating with the interior design and execution teams to ensure projects are completed according to design intent, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions for residential and commercial projects.


• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.


• Coordinate with interior designers to integrate architectural elements with interior design concepts.


• Prepare and review construction drawings and technical details.


• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure design accuracy.


• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.


• Ensure that designs comply with applicable building regulations, safety standards, and local codes.


• Assist in material selection, finishes, and detailing.


• Monitor project progress and resolve design-related site issues.


• Ensure timely completion of drawings and design deliverables.


• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.


• Support the project team during execution to ensure quality and design consistency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.


• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design projects.


• Knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and construction techniques.


• Understanding of residential and commercial interior projects.
