The role supports the full presales lifecycle, working closely with sales, delivery, and partner teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures, proposals, and statements of work \n \nResponsibilities \n\n * Engage with sales teams and customers to understand business drivers and infrastructure requirements.\n * Lead technical discovery workshops, infrastructure assessments, and solution design sessions.\n * Design end-to-end architectures for Azure, AWS, hybrid, HCI, and on-prem environments.\n * Define migration, modernization, and transformation strategies.\n * Develop solution documentation including architectures, SOWs, BOMs, and RFP/RFI responses. Present technical\n * Solutions to IT managers, infrastructure heads, and enterprise architects.\n * Ensure alignment between presales commitments and delivery execution. \n \nWhat we\u2019re looking for \n \n\n * 8\u201312+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, or data center roles.\n * 4\u20136+ years in presales, consulting, or solution architecture roles\n * Experience working with enterprise and regulated customers.\n * Experience in system integrator or managed services environments. \n \nCertifications (Preferred)\n\n\n\n\u2022 Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. \n\u2022 AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional). \n\u2022 VMware, Nutanix, or HCI certifications. \n\u2022 ITIL Foundation.\n\n \nTechnical Skills \n \n\n\n\u2022 Strong design-level or hands-on expertise in Azure and AWS infrastructure services.\n\n\u2022 Deep understanding of hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure.\n\n\u2022 Solid knowledge of networking, identity, security, and monitoring.\n\n\u2022 Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n \nCertifications (Preferred) \n \n\n\n\u2022 Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.\n\n\u2022 AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).\n\n\u2022 VMware, Nutanix, or HCI certifications.\n\n \nWhat you can expect \n\n\nWe\u2019re legendary to take care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
