About the Role

We
are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / Data Architect with 10+
years of experience in designing scalable and business-driven data solutions.
The role requires strong expertise in Dimensional Modeling, Data
Normalization, Medallion Architecture, PySpark, SQL, ASQL, and Databricks,
along with experience in data quality, profiling, and end-to-end data
ingestion.

The
ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams, lead data
modeling initiatives, create architectural solutions, and mentor Data Modeling
and Data Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design
  scalable data models using Dimensional Modeling, Normalization, and
  Medallion Architecture.
  
• Map business
  processes and create business process flows and architectural diagrams.
  
• Design and
  support end-to-end data ingestion from source systems through Silver
  and Reporting layers.
  
• Work with Databricks
  Workspace and clusters, including access and environment requirements.
  
• Develop data
  engineering solutions using PySpark, ASQL, Databricks, and SQL.
  
• Perform data
  analysis, data profiling, and data quality assessments.
  
• Use data
  modeling tools to design and maintain enterprise data models.
  
• Prepare key
  data modeling deliverables including STTM, data models, analysis
  documents, and UAT test cases/results.
  
• Support data
  lineage and metadata management as part of data governance practices.
  
• Identify
  opportunities to leverage AI-driven productivity tools in data
  modeling and engineering activities.
  
• Lead, guide,
  and mentor Data Modeling and Data Engineering teams.
  
• Collaborate
  with business and technical stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned
  with business requirements.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 10+ years of
  experience in Data Modeling.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Dimensional Modeling, Normalization, and Medallion
  Architecture.
  
• Hands-on
  experience with PySpark, Databricks, ASQL, and SQL.
  
• Strong data
  analysis, profiling, and data quality skills.
  
• Experience
  with at least one Data Modeling Tool.
  
• Experience in
  end-to-end data ingestion and reporting-layer architecture.
  
• Ability to
  create business process flows and architectural diagrams.
  
• Strong
  documentation skills, including STTM, data models, analysis documents,
  and UAT documentation.
  
• Knowledge of data
  governance, data lineage, and metadata management.
  
• Understanding
  of AI and AI-driven productivity tools.
  
• Strong
  leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
