Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.    
Exp: Minimum 5- 7 years Experience as Architect    
Responsibilities: 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Architect responsible for designing and developing projects, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with codes, quality standards, and project timelines.
  Experience in institutional, educational, commercial, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating with consultants and contractors will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D modelling, and rendering software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction detailing, materials, finishes, and building services.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and statutory requirements.
• Good understanding of project execution and construction practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, for documentation and reporting.
• Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for new construction, renovation, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, interior, and other consultants to ensure integration of various project requirements.
• Review architectural drawings, working drawings, shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions received from consultants and contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Identify design discrepancies, site constraints, and execution-related issues and coordinate with the concerned consultants/contractors for timely resolution.
• Provide architectural inputs and technical clarifications to project teams during execution.
