Experience: 6+ Years

Qualification : A degree in Architecture - B.Arch.

Job Responsibilities:   

• Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements
• Develop schematic and detailed level models including modelling structure, interior and exterior architectural elements, and MEP systems (as applicable)
• Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information Coordinate with
• BIM service providers and Subcontractors 
• Create new library components Responsible as “Model Administrator” for assigned projects
• Assist BIM Manager to compile contract BIM close out documentation  

Software Knowledge:

• Revit with BIM & Cad is must.
• Sketchup
• Photoshop
• Enscape will be added advantage
