Job Description - ARDM- Associate Recruitment & Development Manager

ARDM - Salary Range: 3.5 LPA to 3.87 LPA

Minimum 2 years of Field Sales Experience

Minimum 3 Years in same Location  Field Sales Experience mandatory

Candidate has to Stay along with Family(Not in PG)

Candidate have to recruit the Financial Advisors

Through Financial advisors employees have to do Business(Sales)

Financial Advisors are Off Role & Get commissions for the sales

ARDM Age: 25 – 35 Years

Employees will get Salary & Incentives for Sales Done by Financial Advisors
