Area Business Development Manager TW Loans| Chennai

1. Oversee the sourcing and growth of Two-Wheeler loan business within the state. 


2. Manage and motivate frontline sales BDMs and foster relationships with dealers, DSAs, and strategic partners. 


3. Ensure excellent customer service and compliance adherence. 


4. Prioritize quality sourcing and actively push cross-selling of liability and additional banking products to strengthen the portfolio.

Managerial Responsibilities: 

1. Onboard and manage Dealers & DSAs to expand business sourcing. 
2. Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective products across the state. 
3. Drive state-level profitability by monitoring key metrics. 
4. Conduct financial analysis of clients and markets, identify risks, and optimize accordingly. 
5. Maintain a robust business pipeline with high activity. 
6. Generate business to consistently meet monthly revenue and profitability targets across TW Loans portfolios.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Business sourcing and relationship management of sourcing channels 
2. Relationship management with key Dealership Group & Corporate DSA's 
3. Payout reconciliation 
4. Co-ordination with internal & external stake holders  
5. Candidate needs to have existing connects with customers of the state.  
6. He should have connect with state Dealer, DSA & OEM 
7. He should be having knowledge of delinquent portfolio 
8. He should have connects with big dealership who are giving major business to respective state 
9. Ensure all the team members achieve productivity norms.
