Description

As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. You will manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business targets.

Identify and target potential clients, especially in the WC-Salaried PL segment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Proven track record of successful sales leadership and business development.

Strong knowledge of working capital and salaried PL products and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
