Job Description - Area Manager

* Drive revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and overall sales targets for multiple branches

* Supervise daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and audit standards

* Guide and motivate Branch Managers and sales staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs

* Monitor loan processing, maintain asset quality, control Non -Performing Assets (NPAs), and improve collection efficiency

* Conduct market scoping, analyze local trends, and initiate promotional campaigns to increase market share

Requirements

Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: 7+ years in NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector
