Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Manager to lead and manage the DAAS|M2A|South 2| Blr team, specifically catering to the Amazon client's needs. This role is integral to our Operations|DPI Workforce Management & Experience|DPI South 2 Workforce Management & Experience department, as it directly impacts the efficiency and success of our morning shift operations. The manager will work closely with the Dominos stores, ensuring a smooth and timely reporting process for delivery persons.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the morning shift operations (7 am - 11 am) for the Amazon client, ensuring timely and accurate daily reporting of delivery personnel.
Optimize the reporting process, streamline communication, and enhance overall efficiency for the DAAS|M2A|South 2| Blr team.
Collaborate with Dominos stores to ensure a seamless handover and reporting procedure, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Amazon client, understanding their unique needs and requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all employees.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of service and ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food delivery or logistics industry.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
