Job Description - Area Manager / Sr Area Manager - Cafe / Retail

Achieving revenue targets.

Overseeing daily operations, managing cost budgets

Expansion

Setting performance objectives.

Recruiting, training, and supporting team as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.

Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.

Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, analysis and reports of operations and P&L.

Driving customer Experience

New Store Launches

Candidates must have experience in QSR / Retail

CTC 10 to 15 LPA

Requirements

Graduation in Any Stream

Relevant Experience

Good Knowledge of P&L, Inventory Management, Team Leading, Customer Interface.
