The purpose of this role is to be the custodian of the multi-brand passenger car workshop chain by Bosch viz. Bosch Car Service. Below are the key performance indicators:

• Responsible for network expansion of Bosch car service in assigned territory
• Responsible for Bosch Parts consumption at workshop level
• Responsible for deployment and adoption of digital eco system at workshop level eg. WSMS(DMS),MY BCS, MyStore etc.
• Deployment of Service Development Policy and drive Key initiatives
• Workshop Quality standard to be maintained with help of SQA &SQT Audit assessment
• Initiate and Implement Campaign to increase customer footfall and Bosch parts consumption
• Consult workshop franchisee partners on improvising on key business KPIs and workshop processes

B.E /B.Tech from reputed institute 

MBA in sales and marketing (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile industry

Experience in dealer development, passenger car service business is desirable
