2. Alignment is typically to the branch bankingregion (i.e. RBH)
3. Responsible for the achievement ofbusiness segment (i.e. nonindividual) TFX Income target assigned tothe branches
4. Responsible for increasing the tradeclient base
5. Builds the trade asset book (ExportCredit Import Finance BG LCBD Domestic Trade NonLC Bills)
6. Puts the catchmentwise strategy in place to scope TFXbusiness opportunities
7. Engages with the BMs RMs andother Sales team members to draw a plan to achieve the target
8. Provides the required product inputs / training tothe stakeholders / builds the capability
9. Organisesmarketing events / activities in consultation with stakeholders
10. Builds the relationship with market makers like CAs/ Corporate Law Firms / Legal entities etc.
11. Monitorsthe key growth parameters in the portfolio and takes the correctivemeasures in case of declining trend
12. Makes salescalls / client meetings along with the RMs / sales team
13. Assists the RMs / BMs in arriving at an appropriate TFX pricingapplicable to the clients
14. Launches local / catchmentspecific contests campaigns etc. to build and sustain the momentum
15. Engages in periodical reviews with ABM and RBHs toanalyse the gaps and puts the actionable in place as a correctivemeasure
16. Addresses the client specific issues if any
17. Liases with back end and Trade Desks for the trnsrelated aspects wherever required
18. Works closely withvarious units (TAD Compliance Escrow Legal Ops Product etc.) forCapital Account Trns and ensures flawless execution of trns
19. Engages with various industry associations like FIEOEEPC SEA etc. to promote the brand
20. Monitors andensures that the branches are completing Trade KYC Additional DueDiligence
21. Responsible for the compliance parametersof BoE / XAR pendency /MTTs
