We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Area Sales Executive to manage sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned regions. The role involves proactive lead generation, dealer/distributor network management, sales collections, and achieving targets. Candidates with prior exposure to automobile or FMCG marketing will be preferred.
Proactively prospect and generate leads within the retail segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and customer retention.
Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks to achieve sales targets.
Ensure regular field visits to track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Drive both sales and collection activities to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance, collection status, and market feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Achieve growth targets by identifying new opportunities in the local market
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience with at least 1 year in Automobile or FMCG marketing.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and collections.
Strong field sales expertise with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Good understanding of local market dynamics in Trichy, Dindigul & Theni.
Ability to build and manage dealer/distributor networks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
