Responsibilities
Identify partnership opportunities.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
Maintain existing business.
Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Responsible to visit and develop the respective market.
Analyze area and appoint new Dealers in major regions of your market.
Report on visits, actions, proposals, follow-up, competitors, etc.
Meeting new Architects, Interior Designers & Contractors and introduce Xylos products to them.
Continuous follow up with all the clients and generate sales out of them.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4-5 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command over English language
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Must have wooden flooring/building material background
