This role offers an opportunity to lead field sales operations and drive business growth across a defined territory.
You will manage and develop a team of sales representatives while ensuring the successful execution of commercial strategies and objectives.

Accountabilities:


The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading regional sales execution, developing customer partnerships, and ensuring commercial objectives are achieved through effective team management and market strategies.

  • Coach teams on category knowledge, sales tools, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

  • Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, negotiation strategies, and business priorities.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field sales effectiveness and operational performance.
