Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales
targets and expand our customer base in the assigned area.
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing
guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including
hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
● Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase
market share.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust
sales strategies accordingly.
● Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
with the sales team.
● Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service
teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
● Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior
management.
Qualifications:
● Science Graduate/ B. Pharma/ MBA Biotechnology/ MBA Pharma/
BioTech/ Bio-medical or equivalent.
● Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry,
with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical equipment
market.
● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and
stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
● Excellent analytical and organizational skills
● Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical
standards.
