Constant assortment, widening of products and placing new

Searching for New clients.
Planning, organize executing and promotion activities for retail clients.
Stock check in serviced points.
Clients complain about handling.Supervising the work of Sales Representatives and lady
promoters.
Organizing the work plan for Sales Representatives and Lady Promoters.
Carrying on best relationship with all clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed
