Job Description - Area Sales Manager - Building Material

Roles and Responsibilities

ensure the primary, secondary and tertiary sales of building material products

Introduce new products in the market and assess the need for distributors and dealers for this. Appoint distributors and dealers with experience in promoting and selling the products as needed.

Ensure adequate dealers are promoting the products with proper display, signage’s and end customer conversions.

Meet and promote to architects. Builders, Contractors, Developers, End customers and Fabricators regularly to promote and sell products

Desired Candidate Profile

To focus on 20 A and B architects and 20 A and B developers/contractors and work on them to get the maximum business. Monthly visits to them is required as per plan to be made. To meet the design team, contracts/purchase team, senior management and sites for follow up.
