Ensure distribution coverage to all critical towns; take necessary corrective actions to increase coverage through distributors/dealers and addition of retail outlets in existing and gap towns

Managing & reviewing a set of dedicated team & ensuring implementation of action plans through them to improve performance in respective zones

Regular inventory & stock planning with supply chain managers

Design and propose the Local Sales promotions schemes and track their usage

Taking process improvement initiatives around sales process, distribution and branch operations

Ensure timely closure of complaint handling

MIS reporting, tracking of expenses and ensure timely settlement of claims
