Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Manager with strong experience in Government Sales and Government Projects within the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, tender -based projects, and managing relationships with government departments, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales for government and institutional projects.
  
• Identify and develop opportunities through government departments, contractors, consultants, and project authorities.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  
• Participate in tenders, bids, and commercial negotiations.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and project partners.
  
• Track upcoming government projects, infrastructure developments, and market opportunities.
  
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth within the assigned territory.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Government Sales / Project Sales.
  
• Strong B2B sales experience in the Building Materials industry.
  
• Experience handling government tenders, institutional sales, and project -based sales.
  
• Good network with government departments, contractors, consultants, and project authorities.
  
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to independently manage large accounts and project opportunities.
