Lead Management 

• Managing and supporting the SMs in generating leads, dealing with channel partners whenever required


• Provides procedural or process suggestions for achieving team goals 

Customer relationship management 

• Develop and maintain relationship with key existing and potential customers and handle any customer escalations pertaining to his geography


• Takes initiative in creating in innovative customer value 

Dealer relationship management 

• Maintain relationship with key local dealerships, OEM dealers and local territory managers of OEM

Team Management

• Manage a team of SMs including target setting, dealer allocation, and performance management


• Ensure all SMs and dealer sales team are aware of policies related to product offerings


• Ensure timely training on product and process changes for his team
