Description
As an Area Service Manager at IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in achieving our technical and revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding our AMC battery and retrofit businesses, while also bringing on new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a key leadership position within our organization, offering excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve technical service and revenue goals.
Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers, focusing on AMC battery and retrofit services.
Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain and update customer records and service contracts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred).
4-7 years of experience in the UPS industry, BFSI, or healthcare sector.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM and service management software.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Familiarity with AMC battery and retrofit services is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
