Job Title: Art Director  

Experience – 10 Years + 

Role Overview

In this leadership role, you’ll blend storytelling, motion design, and design thinking to solve complex problems and deliver high-impact digital learning experiences. You’ll also act as a mentor and guide for design and media teams, contribute to pre-sales efforts, and represent Infopro Learning in client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-level visual strategies and original concepts

• Lead the creative direction for WBTs, ILTs, simulations, motion graphics, and gamified learning

• Collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and global clients

• Create engaging user experiences and digital design solutions

• Mentor and manage a team of 8–12 designers and developers

• Stay current on new media formats and design trends

• Participate in pre-sales and customer intake sessions

• Ensure timely and quality deliverables through effective planning and collaboration

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Flash, Sound Forge

• Hands-on experience with Flash scripting and visualization for eLearning

• Strong video/audio editing and visual storytelling abilities

• Experience in UI/UX wireframing, storyboarding, prototyping

• High proficiency in managing design teams and complex deliverables
