Job Summary

Arth Realtech Spaces Private Limited is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager with a strong background in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and direct sourcing activities, while building and maintaining strong relationships to drive commercial property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants.


• Generate quality leads for commercial office spaces, retail spaces, and other commercial projects.


• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with channel partners to promote ongoing and upcoming projects.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers and business associates.


• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely site visits and lead closures.


• Track lead generation, conversions, and sourcing performance through regular MIS reports.


• Organize broker meets, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance market reach.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.


• Ensure timely documentation and follow-up with channel partners and prospective clients.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.


• 5–6 years of experience in sourcing/channel sales within the commercial real estate sector.


• Existing network of brokers, IPCs, and channel partners in the Mumbai commercial real estate market will be highly preferred.
