Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and technologies


• Train employees on the effective use of AI platforms and applications


• Develop AI-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency


• Support automation of routine business processes


• Collaborate with departments to identify AI integration opportunities


• Create prompts, templates, and AI-assisted content solutions


• Monitor AI trends, updates, and best practices


• Ensure ethical and secure use of AI technologies within the organization


• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to AI initiatives


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field


• Knowledge of AI tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms


• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and training abilities


• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
