What you’ll be doing:
To ensure last mile connectivity, with timely installations and quality resolution of any
difficulties faced by customers.
Key Skillset:
o Expertise in fault diagnosis and repair techniques.
o Skilled in managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
o Experience in training and developing team members.
o Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
o Ability to make quick, informed decisions in the field.
o Data Analysis and Reporting.
What you’ll bring to the team:
• Oversee the end -to -end delivery of Installations and Fault Repairs for TPF Customers
within defined TAT and SLA.
• Onboard partner teams for the execution of Installation and Fault Repair activities.
• Implement partner governance for Installation and Fault Repairs to ensure a technically
superior, first -time -right customer experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety measures during all operations.
• Address and resolve Fault repairs or Service requests arising from the Tata Sky
Broadband network through partner teams within defined SLA and KPIs.
• Provide daily dashboard reporting and MIS for Activations and Faults attended.
• Maintain total pendency reporting with proper remarks for efficient tracking.
• Execute recovery processes for deactivated customers through partner teams within
defined TAT and KPIs.
• Lead cross -functional support and follow -up for customer -related issues and escalations
as needed.
Requirements
What all qualifications do we expect:
We're looking for someone with a decent educational background.
• Education requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
•Experience: 3 -5 Years of experience preferably in the telecommunications industry.
