## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm India Private Limited\n\n## Job Area:\n\nEngineering Group, Engineering Group \u003e Hardware Engineering\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nJob Description\n\nThis role offers a position in system power management IP cores and subsystem design, targeted for variety of industry leading Snapdragon SoCs for mobile, compute, IoT and Automotive markets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Micro-architecture and RTL design for IP Cores / subsystems.\n\n * Work in close coordination with Systems, Verification, SoC, SW, PD \u0026 DFT teams for design convergence.\n\n * Enable SW teams to use HW blocks.\n\n * Qualify designs using static tool checks including Lint, CDC, CLP etc.\n\n * Synthesis, LEC and Netlist CLP\n\n * Report status and communicate progress against expectations.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * 5 to 10 years of strong experience in RTL design for ASICs\n\n * Expertise in RTL coding in Verilog/SV of complex designs with multiple clock domains and multiple power domains\n\n * Familiar with UPF and power domain crossing\n\n * Experience in Synthesis, Logical Equivalence checks, RTL and Netlist CLP\n\n * Familiarity with various bus protocols like AHB, AXI, SPMI, I2C, SPI\n\n * Experience in low power design methodology and clock domain crossing designs\n\n * Experience in Spyglass Lint/CDC checks and waiver creation\n\n * Experience in formal verification with Cadence LEC\n\n * Understanding of full RTL to GDS flow to interact with DFT and PD teams\n\n * Expertise in Perl/TCL/Python language\n\n\n\n * Experienced in database management flows with Clearcase/Clearquest.\n\n\n\n * Expertise in post-Si debug is a plus\n\n\n\n * Excellent oral and written communications skills to ensure effective interaction with Engineering Management and team members.\n\n\n\n * Team player, self-motivated, should be able to work with minimal supervision.\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nMaster\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience. \nOR \nPhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
