• Responsible for business development & portfolio development
• Achieved targets repeatedly and set new records for sales .
• Conducting frequent training & development programs on a brand for F&B staff in leading hotels in order to create the set brand standards.
• Planning and forecasting of sales, Reporting & Closure of Spends, Marketing Activities.
• Managing Branding & Visibility alliances with Trade Partners
• Responsible for market intelligence on competitive activity pertaining to pricing, promotions, trade & sales initiatives
• Relationship building with Outlet owners, F&B Managers, GM’s & other influencers working down the line.
• Tie ups with outlets for annual contract, events, promotions & brand building activities.
• Identify business opportunities through market surveys & mapping as per targeted plans.
• Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
