Job Description - Aspirational Block Fellow

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports, including economic diversification, community needs, and socio -economic profiles.
  • Collaborate with local and national government agencies, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to ensure the technical support program findings are integrated into official planning documents.
  • Work closely with local administration in areas of health, education and livelihood.
  • Act as a point of contact between partnered organizations and ensure day to day administrative tasks are performed on time.
  • Coordinate meetings and check & troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the proposed solutions, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
  • Represent the organization in workshops, meetings, and other platforms as required. 


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Rural Development/ Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2 -3 years of experience in public policy, socio -economic research, or community development, experience of closely working with local administration in areas of health, education and livelihood.



Benefits

Budget for this position is upto Rs. 55,000 / - Per Month .
