Job Position: Tilting Table Assembly Technician

Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Assemble tilting table units as per engineering drawings and technical specifications.
   

2. Perform accurate screw tightening using torque wrench as per specified torque values.
   

3. Ensure proper bolt tightening sequence to avoid distortion and misalignment.
   

4. Carry out geometric accuracy checks such as flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, and run -out.
   

5. Fit and align mechanical components including bearings, guideways, shafts, gears, and ball screws.
   

6. Perform precision leveling and angular alignment of tilting and rotary mechanisms.
   

7. Install servo motors, rotary drives, encoders, and feedback systems.
   

8. Conduct backlash checks, smooth rotation testing, and functional trial runs.
   

9. Troubleshoot mechanical and alignment issues during assembly and testing.
   

10. Maintain inspection records, follow quality standards, safety guidelines, and 5S practices.
