Job Description

As a Central Team Change Management Senior Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide system setup and configuration changes for MES and/or BOP/BOI systems used in Backend Manufacturing areas. This job involves supporting Change management activities for new Manufacturing systems implementation across network. Collaborate with various teams which include Central and Site teams across process, equipment engineering, Manufacturing teams etc. The position will also involve supporting system configuration for Backend Automation Program and sustainment thereafter. This job requires proficiency in team leadership, project participation, knowledge sharing, and strategic alignment of systems and processes.

Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to

• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT and other relevant teams to support MES and/or BOP/BOI systems used in Backend area.
• Support Change Management team for MES and BOP/BOI change requests.
• Provide system expertise and support for manufacturing systems.
• Leverage knowledge, experience, and skills with processes and systems to provide timely solutions for problems and business change requirements.
• Facilitate manufacturing systems release and deployment.
• Properly manage and effectively implement applications/systems, along with ensuring processes and procedures are properly tested, communicated, and deployed.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for MES, BOP/BOI and host deployment in Backend.
• Team with IT and others to minimize risk, maximize area efficiency, and ensure product quality through proper system change control and validation.
• Ensure timely, coordinated, and smooth systems’ release change management.
• Understand and routinely use system capabilities to collect, investigate, and support accurate reporting, data analysis, and metric tracking.
• Prioritize and communicate customers’ requests for application/software releases as required to effectively release new applications or system functionality with minimal impact.
• Initiate and participate in global collaboration.

Education Requirement & eligibility

• BTech/MTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering field
• Knowledge of MES systems and processes and/or Master data management BKMs.
• Knowledge of Change Management Process used in Semi-conductor industry will be an advantage.
• Three to five years’ experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environment.
