Assembly Technicians Electrical

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Assembly Technicians – Electrical with 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly and manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for electrical component assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  Perform electrical assembly and wiring as per engineering drawings and work instructions.

  
  


• 
  

  Assemble electrical components, panels, control boxes, harnesses, and related assemblies.

  
  


• 
  

  Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform cable cutting, crimping, termination, routing, and connector assembly.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct basic electrical testing and troubleshooting of assembled components.

  
  


• 
  

  Use electrical and hand tools safely and effectively.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and rectify assembly defects and wiring issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform in-process quality checks and ensure assemblies meet specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain production targets and follow standard operating procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow 5S, safety, quality, and production standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain proper housekeeping at the workstation.

  
  

Required Skills

• 
  

  1–3years of experience in Electrical Assembly / Electrical Manufacturing / Panel Wiring.

  
  


• 
  

  ITI Electrical / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of electrical components and wiring.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of crimping, cable termination, soldering, and connector assembly.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic knowledge of electrical testing equipment such as multimeter.

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of electrical safety practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to work in shifts.
