As a Manager - Sector Operations - AWM (Asset and Wealth Management), you will lead a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to drive results on global engagements, conducting analyses, developing insights, and facilitating decision-making meetings. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage directly with clients, support project leads, and contribute to recommendations. You will also participate in business development, thought leadership, and firm-building activities, leveraging deep sector knowledge and technical skills to help financial services clients transform their businesses.

Responsibilities

- Leading teams in the analysis and implementation of business applications to optimize operational efficiency
- Guiding clients through strategic planning and execution of asset and wealth management initiatives
- Developing and refreshing strategies aligned with client objectives and market context
- Establishing structured project management office frameworks to manage risks and deliver consistent results
- Conducting analyses and building Excel models to support decision-making processes
- Facilitating meetings and engaging directly with clients to drive project outcomes
- Documenting current and future-state processes to support seamless integration of business applications
- Supporting business development and thought leadership activities within the firm
- Leveraging analytical skills to translate complex problems into actionable tasks
- Utilizing technical consultation skills to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies
- Integrating business strategy with data and IT architecture to optimize operating models
- Promoting platform modernization and vendor strategy for core wealth platforms

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in asset and wealth management transformation initiatives
- Excelling in strategic planning and execution for financial services
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to translate complex problems into actionable tasks
