About the Role

AdVahan™ is looking for a responsible and hands-on Asset Branding & Center Operations Associate to manage the physical marketing assets associated with our vehicle network.

The Associate will be responsible for fitting and maintaining marketing material on vehicles, coordinating with vehicle owners/partners, maintaining asset records, and managing the assigned AdVahan Center.

This is a field + center operations role and requires someone disciplined, responsible and comfortable handling physical assets and working with vehicle partners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Branding & Marketing Material

• Receive and verify vehicle-specific marketing material.
  
• Match marketing material with the correct vehicle and campaign.
  
• Fit and install approved stickers, posters, QR codes, branding material and other promotional assets.
  
• Ensure proper placement, visibility and finishing of the material.
  
• Coordinate with vehicle owners/partners for installation and re-branding.
  
• Take before-and-after photographs of branding work.
  
• Inspect branded vehicles and report damaged, missing or improperly fitted material.
  
• Coordinate replacement or corrective action where required.
  

Asset Management

• Maintain records of marketing material issued, installed, replaced and returned.
  
• Maintain proper inventory of marketing material and operational supplies at the center.
  
• Ensure no material is lost, damaged or misused.
  
• Report any discrepancy, loss or damage immediately to the Operations Team.
  

Center Operations

• Manage the assigned AdVahan Center during the allotted shift.
  
• Ensure the center remains clean, organized and operationally ready.
  
• Support vehicle verification and Partner onboarding activities.
  
• Coordinate with the central Operations Team regarding vehicle and center requirements.
  
• Maintain daily activity and center records.
  

Reporting

• Use a smartphone to update daily operational information.
  
• Upload photographs and required documentation.
  
• Complete basic digital forms and reports.
  
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle branding and asset status.
  
• Share daily/weekly reports as required.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
  
• Experience in Security Services will be preferred.
  
• Candidates with experience in security operations, facility management, field operations, asset handling or similar roles may also be considered.
  
• Must be comfortable operating a smartphone.
  
• Should know basic WhatsApp, photography, digital forms and reporting.
  
• Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Strong discipline, punctuality and sense of responsibility.
  
• Comfortable with field work and vehicle-related activities.
  
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
  
• Ability to independently manage the assigned center during the shift.
  

Shift Structure

AdVahan Centers may operate on a rotational shift basis. Only one Associate will be deployed at the Center at a time.

Shift allocation will be based on operational requirements and may be changed according to the roster.

Benefits

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills and suitability for the role.
