Assistant

Supportive function,

• To assist vessel with prefilled inventory forms so that masters are relived of administrative work of data entry.
• To assist Manager by providing them provisions consumptions data for analysis.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit month‑end reports within the specified timelines
• Ensure all reports are ready a minimum of five days before the assigned submission deadline.
• Close follow-up on invoices post supply. For any other escalations follow up with operations team.
• Maintain an updated Excel record of all invoices received, and ensure that delivery note receipts are properly documented and filed.
• Ensure accuracy of all delivery notes and invoices, and coordinate with relevant teams to obtain and review monthly Inventory and Mandays reports.
• Verify the accuracy of month‑end reporting and ensure timely checking and updating of monthly consumption figures for all vessels.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Education: Graduation from Commerce stream.
• Experience: 2-3 years in Shore based catering management accounting.
• Specific Business Knowledge: basic accounting, excel efficiency, analytical knowledge, effective communication.
