Key Responsibilities

• Drive Protective Coatings business and achieve sales targets.
  
• Develop business with industrial customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and government projects.
  
• Identify and convert project opportunities into business.
  
• Manage key accounts and provide technical-commercial support.
  
• Coordinate with technical, supply chain, and application teams for project execution.
  
• Ensure timely collections, customer satisfaction, and strong channel relationships.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering or any relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
  
• 8+ years of experience in Industrial B2B/Project Sales.
  
• Hands-on experience in Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Corrosion Protection, or Construction Chemicals.
  
• Strong experience in Project Sales, Institutional Sales, and Key Account Management.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
