â Ensuring achievement of enrolment targets by franchises.
â Helping franchises to convey the school’s value proposition.
â Ensuring faster response time.
â Implementing marketing initiatives.
3. Achieve timely billing and collections by:
â Ensuring a swift collection process for royalty payments and ensuring quick payment for initial set up.
4. Achieve compliance and safety adherence of the franchises by:
â Ensuring adherence to the SOPs manual for Franchise Partners to ensure consistent and high quality
experience for the end user.
â Ensuring high level safety preparedness at all franchises.
5. Complete the sales administration and compliance by:
â Meeting and documenting daily market visit norms.
â Ensuring visit reports and centre level MIS.
â Serving as the link of communication between partners & internal teams.
â Resolving any issues and problems faced by partners in a timely manner.
