What you’ll do: 

You’ll have the opportunity to join the LTC Business Management team, helping CIO organization function efficiently. Key responsibilities will be:

  • Support HoE and Engineering leads in executing and tracking platform/lab strategy plans
  • Support development, tracking, and reporting of KPIs under guidance from HoE/Engineering leads
  • Work closely with Business Management team to deliver assigned activities with quality and timeliness
  • Prepare for and organize Staff Meetings and Townhalls at Hyderabad
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across platforms and support Patent process.
  • Support hiring at Hyderabad by collaborating with Talent Acquisition partners.
  • Help with status reporting across teams for HoE
  • Support training arrangements for Hyderabad team.
  • Anchor team engagement activities at Hyderabad.
  • Support data collection activities
  • Manage procurement for the Hyderabad team.
  • Own action item tracker for HoE
  • Support building and seat management for Hyderabad.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong Data handling and analytics skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to look ahead, anticipate issues and plan effectively
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to support large team events

Nice to have skills:

  • A background working with large transformational change activity
  • Experience in handling and prioritising work though agile methodology
