We’re looking for an Assistant Creative Director – Copy who can bring sharp thinking, strong storytelling, and fresh creative direction to our campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to lead concepts, mentor writers, and shape ideas that push the brand and agency forward.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead copy development across digital, film, social, and integrated campaigns.

  Interpret briefs, translate strategy into compelling narratives, and present ideas confidently.

  Collaborate with strategy, account management, and design teams to bring campaigns to life.

  Maintain consistency of brand voice across all platforms.

  Contribute to pitches, new business ideas, and creative workshops.

  Stay updated with cultural trends, platform behavior, and industry best practices.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  4–7 years of copywriting experience in a digital or creative agency.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, long-form + short-form versatility, and brand storytelling.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple campaigns, guide junior writers, and take ownership of creative quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, presentation, and narrative-building skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort working in a fast, collaborative, and idea-driven environment.

  
  

Nice-to-Haves
