Replacement to Current manager Role : Assistant / Deputy Manager : Customer-facing grievances, direct resolution, team coaching.

Strong communication
skills
Experience in grievance
handling/customer service
Ability to manage
frontline staff
Knowledge of Motor Insurance will be added advantage

Role 2:

(Compliance & Process
Focus)

Analytical mindset
Knowledge of insurance
regulations and grievance redressal norms
Skilled in reporting,
audits, and process improvement
Ability to present to senior management
