Assistant Engineer - TechOps Automation

Position Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team with a proven track record in both IT and Engineering skill sets.

This role is pivotal in supporting RPA Team on Process Automation, Digital Transformation, and Operational Efficiency within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT -Related Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions using VBA for automation and data handling.

Apply Basic Python knowledge for scripting and integration with other tools and platforms.

Utilise    Advanced Excel Skills for data manipulation, reporting, and automation.

Build and manage workflows using Power Automate.

Explore and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to drive innovation and improve operational usability.

Stay updated on the latest trends and applications of GenAI within aviation.

2. Engineering -Related Responsibilities:

Detailed Understanding of Current Statuses and it's parameters for Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Components, and LLPs (Life -Limited Parts), etc.

Detailed understanding of the flydocs platform and it's functionality.

Expertise in Digital Migration processes.

Provide in -depth records understanding to support audits, compliance, and operational requirements.

Detailed understanding of Current Status Preparation.

IT Skill Set:

Proficiency in VBA for Excel automation and process improvements.

Basic understanding of Python for data handling and integration.

Expert -level skills in Excel and Power Automate.

In -depth knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) tools, with a focus on practical aviation use cases.

Engineering Skill Set:

Comprehensive understanding of AD, SB, Components, LLPs, and associated parameters.

Experience with flydocs platform for digital records management.

Strong background in digital migration and records management in aviation contexts.

Experience:

Minimum 1 years of experience in the aviation industry in a relevant role.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem -solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
