Assistant Finance Manager

An Assistant
Finance Manager with a focus on financial modelling is responsible for
supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision -making processes through
the development and maintenance of complex financial models.

• Develop, maintain, and
  enhance financial models to support business planning, decision -making,
  and strategic initiatives.
  
• Perform scenario analysis and
  stress testing to evaluate potential impacts on the company’s financial
  health.
  
• Assist in the preparation of
  long -term financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
  
• Collaborate with various
  departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with overall strategic
  goals.
  
• Analyze financial data to
  identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue
  enhancement.
  
• Prepare comprehensive
  financial reports and presentations for senior management and
  stakeholders.
  
• Provide financial insights
  and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and
  initiatives.
  
• Assist in evaluating
  investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic
  projects.
  
• Work closely with the finance
  team and other departments to foster a collaborative and high -performance
  work environment.
  
• Mentor and guide junior
  financial analysts and support staff.
  

Skills &
Qualifications:

• Proficiency in financial
  modelling, data analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
  
• Knowledge of financial
  software and Excel.
  
• Strong analytical and
  problem -solving skills.
