Assistant General Manager-Project Management

Key Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Lead end-to-end project delivery from nomination to SOP, including timing plans, milestone reviews, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization. 

  
  

• 
  

  Act as the primary program interface for OEM customers, managing reviews, escalations, audits, open points, and communication discipline. 

  
  

• 
  

  Drive APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, validation, tooling, and customer approval deliverables as per agreed timelines. 

  
  

• 
  

  Manage project risks, cost impacts, engineering changes, scope changes, supplier readiness, and cross-functional issue resolution. 

  
  

• 
  

  Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, Sales, Plant, and Customer teams through structured governance.
