Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated
and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive
business for our Lotherme category welding electrodes,
a specialized product line for wear and maintenance applications. The role
demands strong technical knowledge, industrial sales experience, and the ability
to grow presence in mining, cement, steel, power, and engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Lotherme Category Electrodes, achieve targets, and
  ensure timely collections.
  
• Identify and develop new
  business opportunities across MRO (Maintenance, Repair,
  Overhaul) segments.
  
• Build and maintain strong
  relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  
• Provide Technical Support, Product Presentations, and Application
  Recommendations to customers.
  
• Monitor competitor
  activities, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts/MIS while
  coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.
  
• Strong application
  knowledge about welding consumables in Sugar, Cement, Steel, Crushers,
  Mills, Boilers, and Conveyors.
  
• This role involves regular customer visits, analyzing business potential across industries and plants, developing new applications and customers, and achieving set targets. It focuses on driving growth through business analysis and customer development.
  

Lotherme Business Development-

To Develop Lotherme Business and service Welding in Renukoot and Anpara
area

Major industries- HINDALCO,
UTCL-Dalla, UPEB-ANPARA/OBRA, LANCO, RPD, HINDALCO MAHANA

Requirements

•  Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering preferred.
  
• 4-6 years of experience in sales of welding consumables, wear solutions, or industrial
  products.
  
• Good understanding of Hardfacing, wear-resistant electrodes, and welding processes.
  
• Strong communication,
  negotiation, and technical selling skills.
